We ask for any and all clutter to be picked up before the team arrives please so all surfaces are ready to be cleaned. If any clutter is found in the way, there will be an additional charge. If there’s any beds that need changing please have clean sheets on top of them.
Yes, payment details and rates are never discussed with our employees. They are paid well on an hourly basis for their hard work! If payment is not via card, payments must be inside a sealed envelope, please.
Yes, of course, you can be home! We only ask that you remain out of the team’s way to ensure we can do our job to the best of our abilities.
Yes, we are licensed, bonded, and insured.
We provide our teams with all necessary supplies and a powerful vacuum for initial deep cleanings or one time cleanings. For maintenance services we provide you with a supply list. Those supplies are only used and kept at your residence at all times. If supplies are not provided for the maintenance visit the cost of the maintenance service will increase.
Yes, we provide green cleaning supplies upon request, though they don’t always have the same benefits in our professional experience.
Yes, if you are a new customer or a customer who has not used our services in the past 3 months then your cleaning must be an initial deep clean and you will be charged a full-deep cleaning service of your choice. The reason being is so that our company knows that your home has been cleaned by professionals. After the initial deep clean you’ll be offered a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly maintenance service at a lower rate than the initial deep clean.
